Many traditional crystal glasses use lead to enhance brilliance and sound—but lead can pose health risks over time. At Aeklla, we only use certified lead-free crystal, tested by professional labs to ensure it’s completely safe for everyday use.
What makes crystal glass different from regular glass?
Crystal glass contains metal oxides like zinc or barium, giving it a higher clarity, sparkle, and a signature ring when tapped. It feels lighter, looks more elegant, and enhances your drink visually and aromatically.
How can I tell if a glass is crystal or not?
Tap the rim—crystal rings clearly, while regular glass sounds dull. Hold it to light—crystal sparkles more intensely. Crystal also tends to have thinner walls and a warmer, smoother feel.
How do I care for crystal glassware?
We recommend washing this product by hand using a soft sponge, brush or by hand.
Please avoid using the scourer side of the sponge as it will create scratching on the surface of the glass.
After hand washing, let the product dry. Finish cleaning by drying and polishing the product using a soft cloth, preferably microfiber.
